Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Whey Protein Hydrolysate
It is manufactured by processing fresh and sweet dairy whey using a cross-flow filtration process. The concentrate is then enzymatically hydrolyzed to produce a mixture of peptides and free amino acids. The solution is then concentrated and spray-dried in controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination.
