Our Guiding Force

The Company was started by our founder, Mr. Praful Sompurkar in the year 1986. He is the Chairman & Managing Director of M/s. New Alliance Fine Chem Pvt. Ltd. He is an Engineer from The College of Engineering Pune Technological University. He has done Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He has an overall experience of more than 45 years in the industry. He is playing an active role in the company, which is as follows.

He is responsible for the financial performance of the company along with the other Directors, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and capital allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Given the potential hazards and environmental impacts associated with chemical production, he plays a vital role in establishing robust risk management frameworks to protect assets, employees, and the environment. The company has a Safety Committee, which have regular meetings to manage, supervise, coordinate & direct the requirements related to the Safety standards. 

Operational Leadership

He oversees along with the executive management team to ensure efficient and safe operations during the manufacturing process. 

In addition to the above, the company is managed by a team of professionals under leadership of the Chairman and Managing Directors. Marketing department is working under leadership of experienced Managers. The business development activities are also taken care by the Marketing Department such as finding new opportunities & new markets according to customer requirements.

Purchase and commercial activities are handled from our Corporate Office. Smooth supply of raw materials and other requirements are maintained.

Factory is managed by the Professional Team which include Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, Safety, Environment monitoring, Engineering and Human resources departments.

Every department is having experienced and qualified person as department head.

A competent staff is provided to each department. Competency is continuously improved by providing frequent trainings. Adequate resources are made available to all departments.

Each department is having personnel performing different activities. Key activities are performed under monitoring of senior persons. Department head monitors overall activities of department.

All department heads are having extensive experience in managing the activities.

Other staff is selected on the basis of job requirements. Experience, qualification and knowledge is verified before selection. Trainings are arranged to make a staff member familiar with company activities as well as to ensure that he becomes competent for doing the job.
