Quality Assurance (QA) is an independent function in our organization. The function is responsible for implementation of Quality Systems at all the levels of manufacturing and quality control.
Quality Assurance (QA) is a system of processes and procedures designed to ensure that products and services consistently meet specific standards and customer expectations. It’s a preventive process that focuses on improving the overall quality of the development or production process to prevent defects and errors before they occur, ultimately building customer confidence and loyalty.
The products are manufactured as per approved batch manufacturing procedures. Records are maintained. Traceability is ensured. In-process testing are carried out as per requirement of the activity. All activities are performed as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on ISO guidelines. The processes, systems, methods and procedures are validated.
