Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Potassium Protein Hydrolysate
It can be manufactured by two routes: Enzymatic Hydrolysis and Alkali Hydrolysis. The company’s products are manufactured via enzymatic hydrolysis. After hydrolysis, the solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate the enzymes. The solution is then concentrated and spray-dried in controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination.
