Manufacturing Facility

  • We have two state-of-art manufacturing facilities that manage the entire manufacturing process.
  • We operate in a multi-tier production area with the first block is for operations like Filtration, Centrifuging, Tray drying, Product Collection Area of the Spray Drier and its Control Panel.
  • Second block is the area where the reactions are carried out. There are SS 316L reactors having a collective capacity of more than 150 KL, which are used to carry out various reactions.
  • Product collection area of the second Spray Drier and its Control Panel are on the first floor.
  • Spray Dryers are available for drying concentrated liquids and thermally unstable products. Finished product processing areas are under HVAC 5 micron Hepa filtered air is supplied to avoid contamination.
  • We are having well equipped stainless steel (ss 316L) Reactors and Glass Lined Reactors having Distillation Facility, thus various reactions containing corrosive and non-corrosive chemicals can be carried out.
  • Centrifuges, Filter Presses, Tray Dryers, Fluid Bed Dryers, Spray Dryers are available.
  • Finished product processing area is under the Air Handling Unit (AHU). Filtered air is supplied to ensure that the product is not contaminated with dust, dirt and other such materials.
  • Plants and machinery are designed to carry out different kinds of reactions.
  • We handle reactions like Chelate Formation, Nitration, Sulphonation, Oxidation, Formation of Organic and Inorganic salts, Hydrolysis of Proteins through Enzymatic process route, Purification, Crystallization, etc.
  • We are having In-House Micronizing facility which helps us in our ability to offer the product with Customized Particle Size Distribution, Adjustable Particle fineness, Precisely Sized & Engineered Particle Specifications.
  • Engineering and safety departments are also looked after by the Production Head. Qualified and Experienced Staff is provided to perform various responsibilities.
