Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Magnesium Protein Hydrolysate
Protein Hydrolysate can be manufactured by two routes: Enzymatic Hydrolysis & Alkali Hydrolysis. The products are manufactured using the enzymatic hydrolysis route, where the solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate enzymes, and then concentrated and spray-dried in a controlled environment to prevent bacterial contamination.
