Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Casein Protein Hydrolysate
Casein Protein Hydrolysate is manufactured by the enzymatic hydrolysis of quality milk proteins. After hydrolysis, the solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate all enzymes, then concentrated and spray-dried. The process is carried out under controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination. The final product is a premium quality product with a characteristically bland flavor.
