Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Protein Hydrolysate

It can be manufactured by two routes: Enzymatic Hydrolysis & Alkali Hydrolysis. The company’s products are manufactured by the enzymatic hydrolysis route. The solution is heated after hydrolysis to irreversibly inactivate all enzymes, then concentrated and spray-dried in controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination.
