Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Molybdenum Protein Hydrolysate
It can be manufactured by two routes: Enzymatic Hydrolysis & Alkali Hydrolysis. The products are manufactured by the enzymatic hydrolysis route, where the solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate the enzymes, and then concentrated & spray dried in a controlled environment to prevent bacterial contamination.

Uses / Applications of Molybdenum Protein Hydrolysate
Molybdenum is essential for plant growth as a component of the enzymes nitrate reductase and nitrogenase. Legumes need more molybdenum than other crops because symbiotic bacteria in their root nodules require it for nitrogen fixation. Insufficient molybdenum can limit the amount of nitrogen fixed, resulting in less vigorous plant growth and lower protein content.
