It can be manufactured by two routes: Enzymatic Hydrolysis & Alkali Hydrolysis. The company’s products are manufactured by the enzymatic hydrolysis route, where the solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate the enzymes, and then concentrated & spray dried under controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination.
