Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Zinc Protein Hydrolysate
It can be manufactured by two routes: Enzymatic Hydrolysis & Alkali Hydrolysis. The products are manufactured using the enzymatic hydrolysis route. After hydrolysis, the solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate the enzymes, then concentrated & spray dried under controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination.
