Casein Protein Hydrolysate is a concentrated milk protein derived from premium-quality milk protein. It contains 45% to 85% protein and is widely used in various food products. It is hygroscopic and should be stored in tightly closed containers.
Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Casein Protein Hydrolysate
It is manufactured via the enzymatic hydrolysis of quality milk proteins. The solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate all enzymes before being concentrated. The process is carried out under controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination.
