Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Protein Hydrolysate
Enzymatic Hydrolysis and Alkali Hydrolysis. The company’s products are manufactured by the enzymatic hydrolysis route. After hydrolysis, the solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate all enzymes. The solution is then concentrated and spray-dried in controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination.
