Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Diammonium Citrate

The main raw material is Citric Acid, produced by the fermentation of carbohydrate sources like corn-based starch and sugar beet molasses. Diammonium Citrate is prepared by treating Citric Acid with Ammonium Carbonate.
