Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Wheat Protein Hydrolysate 10% Liquid

It is a trimethyl-quarternized salt of polypeptide produced by the enzymatic hydrolysis of edible wheat protein. The manufacturing process is carried out in controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination.
