Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Casein Protein Hydrolysate
Casein Protein Hydrolysate is manufactured by the enzymatic hydrolysis of quality milk proteins. After hydrolysis, the solution is heated to irreversibly inactivate the enzymes , then concentrated and spray-dried. The process is carried out under controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination. The product is a premium quality product with a characteristically bland flavor.
